A leading international law firm is seeking a skilled, commercially astute Disputes and Investigations Associate to join their highly regarded London team. Known for its wide-ranging expertise, the firm supports clients across complex legal areas, including Corporate, Financial Institutions, Commercial and Financing matters. Their Disputes and Investigations practice works seamlessly across high-profile domestic and international disputes, providing insights and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities - Advise on legal and commercial aspects of various commercial and financial disputes, litigation, and arbitrations.
- Work on investigations and enforcement actions initiated by regulators, including cross-border matters.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, supporting client development and the firm’s visibility.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, including trainees.
- Collaborate closely with partners and associates within the team and across other practice areas, ensuring effective support and project management.
Candidate Profile Ideal candidates will demonstrate: - 2-5 years PQE gained at a City or top-tier international firm.
- A strong foundation in high-value, complex disputes and investigations.
- First-rate drafting skills and a high level of intellectual rigor.
- Exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to develop strategic solutions.
- A robust academic background, with resilience and efficiency in fast-paced, challenging environments.
