Housing Management Associate/Senior Associate

London – £52,000 - £82,000

A leading Top-100 UK law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their Housing Management team in their London office.
 
In this role, you'll independently manage a diverse and challenging caseload of Property Litigation matters, supported by a team of skilled Paralegals. Your cases will span possession claims, injunction claims, breach of tenancy claims, and matters involving the Equality Act 2010 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, among others. You'll also collaborate with senior solicitors and partners on their complex cases, gaining valuable experience and insights.
 
This position offers a competitive salary of up to £82,000, dependent on experience, along with a generous bonus scheme. We provide a flexible, hybrid working model—two days in the office and three from home. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of PQE, with substantial experience managing property litigation caseloads and a strong interest in business development.
