Data Privacy, Cybersecurity & Digital Associate

London – £110,000 - £120,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2-4 Years PQE  to join a leading international team specialising in data privacy, cybersecurity, and digital assets. The team advises global clients on complex matters related to data protection, privacy law, AI, and digital technologies across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities include providing legal guidance on commercial transactions, M&A, and corporate finance with a focus on data privacy, drafting privacy-related documentation, conducting regulatory analysis, and collaborating with international colleagues on multi-jurisdictional projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in tech transactions and data privacy, with strong communication and drafting skills. Advanced qualifications in data protection are a plus.
