Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer with a passion for clinical negligence? A prestigious Top 100 law firm with a national presence is seeking a Clinical Negligence Associate to join its highly reputable team in Cardiff. As a Clinical Negligence Associate, you will be responsible for a caseload of high value, complex cases to include birth injuries, misdiagnosis and surgical errors with the assistance of a paralegal. There will also be opportunities to assist partners on their higher value cases.
 
The ideal candidate must have previous experience of handling (or assisting on) Clinical Negligence cases from inception to completion. The firm is open to applications from qualified solicitors/legal executives OR experienced non-qualified fee earners. 
 
Whilst the position is advertised at Associate level, the firm will also consider applicants who are seeking a Senior Associate position.
