A Personal Injury Paralegal or FILEX is wanted to manage varied RTA, EL & PL caseload with leading West Yorkshire law firm.

Our client is a leading Yorkshire law firm providing legal advice in areas such as Personal Injury, Employment, Property and Wills/Probate matters.

An experienced RTA and/or EL/PL Fee Earner is wanted to join the complx injuries team dealing withserious injuries, including spinal, brain injury and orthopaedic injuries. The team also deals with all fatal accident claims, including attendance at inquests.

In order to succeed in this role you will be responsible for running your own caseload from start to finish undertaking a varied caseload of employers and public liability personal injuries which may include highly complex catastrophic multi track matters.

You must therefore be able to demonstrate a proven track record of dealing with workplace accidents, slips and trips, occupiers liability claims to conclusion. You will possess sharp technical knowledge as well as excellent litigation and negotiation skills along with a strong desire to achieve.

You will manage a portfolio of cases along with an assistant and be responsible for ensuring a good quality service is provided to all our clients and financial performance targets are achieved.
