ROLE: Legal Secretary - Commercial Property
SALARY: £19,000 - £22,000
HOURS: Full Time

An experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary is required to join is a leading, UK200-listed commercial law firm based in Manchester city centre. Our client provide trusted legal and commercial advice to businesses, their owners and high-net-worth individuals, promoting the growth and success of the North West.
As a Commercial Property Legal Secretary, you will support and assist the commercial property solicitors with a range of secretarial and ad hoc duties.
The Legal Secretary role will be busy and varied. Typical duties will include:
* Document Production ( Track Changes )
* Photocopying, faxing and filing
* Searches : - Land Registry, SDLT, Companies house, Searchflow
* Audio typing
* Liaising with clients and third parties
* Diary Management
* Filing & Archiving
* Occasional Meeting & Travel arrangements
To be considered for this position it is important that you have RECENTLY gained 2 years' experience as a legal secretary or legal PA in the commercial property department.
