Real Estate Litigation Associate Solicitor - Manchester
Successful and market leading National law firm with one of the largest real estate teams in the country are now looking for a driven and proven real estate litigation associate to handle a varied portfolio of work.
You should be able to demonstrate expertise in terms of handling major infrastructure and development work and you should be able to show how you can tailor your service to individual clients and projects - even if they are very high value matters.
The team focuses on residential development and is involved in many large development schemes, including mixed use projects, acting for some of the leading house builders in the country. The team handles the full range of residential work including a large number of strategic projects and joint ventures. The team also acts for landowners granting options to, or selling to, house builders
With your excellent academics you should possess first clas communication skills and be up for the challenge of keeping the firm at the very top of the real estate tree.
