    Construction Disputes Associate

    A Construction Disputes Associate is required for a rewarding opportunity with a multinational law firm. The role will be based in Hong Kong and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

    My client is well embedded in the Hong Kong market and indeed the wider Asia region so are well equipped to advise their clients on both transactions and disputes. My client's Hong Kong office offer a full service of Banking, Competition, Construction, Corporate, Dispute Resolution, Funds, Projects, Real Estate and Securities practices and they all extend their advice to multinationals, investment banks, PRC state-owned enterprises and local businesses.

    My client's back end Construction Disputes team has been operating in Hong Kong since the 1980s advising on Mediation, Conciliation, Litigation, Arbitration and Adjudication processes. You will be joining a team of Accredited Arbitrators and Mediators and a practice that are widely deemed as perhaps Hong Kong's finest Construction Arbitration teams.

    The Partner has not specified where you will have been Admitted; ordinarily we would require the CVs of those candidates who are Hong Kong Admitted but not on this occasion - my client is wide open. The one utterly non-negotiable factor will be your complete fluency in Mandarin, without this native language capability we simply cannot move your application forward.
