Telemarketing Consultant - Basic £14k - £18k + Bonus The role is for an Internal Telesales Consultant responsible for developing and marketing the company within a geographical area. You will work closely with a field based Sales Consultant creating sales opportunities with business owners/directors to promote the services. Your main marketing tools, with the help of your external marketing consultant, will be via telephone, email, fax, mail shots, networking events and through arranging Employment Law/H&S events within your area. You will also inherit an existing client base from which you can develop new business. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESTo deal with lead generation for the company, booking new business appointments for our field-based Consultants. To ensure company sales and objectives are achieved Telephone, office-based sales-drivenAppointment-making Role, working in conjunction with external Marketing Consultant To ensure achievement of daily targets, i.e. appointment levels, lead generation, seminar activity, client initiativesEfficient communication between internal and external sales at all times PERSON SPECIFICATION This is a really fast paced environment, but with a work hard/play hard mentality, B2B experience is advantageous but will consider outbound B2C (min 6 months). You must be pro-active and have a self motivated attitude towards sales targets as staff are expected to take responsibility for their individual targets. An outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature are essential as is a professional and intelligent approach to work. You will also need a good business acumen, be articulate, and able to manage yourself. To suit business needs, staff may be expected to work outside of usual office based hours.
