Information

By giving us the information we think candidates will find important, and by allowing us access to key decision makers in the recruitment process, you will be giving us the chance to sell your opportunity to the best candidates in the market. You will also be giving us the ability to answer any questions that candidates may have. Whilst we are able to anticipate the majority of the questions that we need the answers for, candidates are ultimately individuals and will all have their own motivations and requirements from a role. By granting us access to the key people within your organisation throughout the recruitment process, we can make sure candidates are as prepared as they can be when they attend any formal interviews with you.

Interviews

Having a timescale to work towards with respect to interviews will always help us in securing candidates for your role. The best candidates will more than likely be working elsewhere but be actively looking for jobs at the same time. As a result, it can be difficult to arrange interviews with them at short notice. By giving us dates and times that we can suggest to candidates well in advance, we will be giving them the best chance of being able to attend your interviews on your preferred dates and at your preferred times.

Following the interview, a defined timetable and procedure for providing feedback will help us in hopefully bringing those candidates back for subsequent interviews.
